About LORERThe LORER research group at Polytechnique Montréal develops mathematical methods combining optimization and machine learning for decision-making in renewable power systems. The laboratory is affiliated with the international research centers GERAD and Mila, which focus respectively on operations research and artificial intelligence. ParticipationGraduate Students Master's and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers with a strong interest in renewable power systems, are invited to participate. University credit option available (details coming soon). Professionals R&D analysts and industry engineers are invited to participate to expand their knowledge of numerical methods for power systems and discuss current challenges and proposed solutions.
