The registration fees include coffee breaks, "Wine and cheese" party on Monday May 6, 2013 and access to all presentations.
A banquet will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Auberge Saint-Gabriel in Old Montreal. You can attend it for $100 per person. A maximum of 150 people can attend.
Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after April 19, 2013.
