Travel Documents

All participants from abroad to attend the 2018 Optimization Days should contact their consulate, embassy or travel agent to see if an entry visa to Canada is required. If you need a letter of invitation to attend the conference, please contact GERAD to this email. The organizing committee strongly suggest that you allow enough time to obtain the documents.

WARNING : VISA & eTA Visitors must hold a valid passport. A visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) may be required. Find out whether you need a visa or an eTA.
