Call for Participation – Optimization Days Poster Competition

Take part in the Poster Competition, jointly organized by GERAD and the CORS Montreal Student Chapter, to be held during Optimization Days 2026.

The competition is open to students, who will present their work in English. Each participant will:

• present their poster during the Monday Reception, and
• give a presentation to the jury during a dedicated session.

Posters will be evaluated by a jury based on clarity, scientific quality, and quality of presentation.

Awards

• $500 prize
• Two honourable mentions of $100 (one awarded by the CORS Montreal Student Chapter)

How to participate

• An abstract of the poster must be submitted before March 15 via the Optimization Days website by choosing the "Poster" option when you submit.
• A jury will select up to 10 participants by the end of March.
• If selected, the poster must be submitted by April 30.

Important information

• Poster printing is at the participant’s expense. We recommend waiting for acceptance before printing the poster.
• Participants must be registered for Optimization Days.
